Model W/M/S Diaphragm Seal for Pressure Gauge

Model W - Welded diaphragm seals: Protective device used to isolate the pressure instrument from the process fluid being monitored.
- Diaphragm welded to upper housing to provide high integrity seal
- Bolts can be removed and seal separated for cleaning, liquid filling, calibration, welding etc. without the loss of fill fluid.
- Available with flushing connection
- Maximum pressure rating is psig: 2,500 (kPa: 17,240, bar: 172.4) on threaded type. Stainless steel bolts reduce the maximum working pressure by 50%
Model M - Mini diaphragm seals: Economical Isolator designed to protect smaller gauges from heat corrosion and clogging
- All-welded construction, no gasketing or bolts
- For use with most 3-1/2" and smaller gauges [psig: 100 (kPa: 689.5, bar: 6.895) minimum]
Model S - Sanitary diaphragm seals: Designed for food, dairy and pharmaceutical industries to ensure that surfaces exposed to process are virtually crack and crevice free.
- Diaphragm is welded to the seal housing to provide sanitary type construction
- Manufactured to meet design, material and fabrication requirements of 3-A Sanitary Standard
- Seal may be removed from the system without loss of fluid
- Fits most popular sanitary piping systems including Tri-clover Tri-clamp and others
